Required Qualifications:

MUST:

        a. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, in Industrial Engineering or International Relations or Economics or Business Administration or related equivalent disciplines.
  
  

        b. Experience:

• Preferably having at least 5 years of experience in similar roles in the Defense Sector or other sectors,

• Ability to analyze customer needs well and provide input for creating solution-oriented new proposals and product development,

• Ability and network to identify new markets and customers and to determine appropriate approach strategies for these markets,

• Ability to maintain and develop relationships with existing customers,

       

         c.  Skills:

• Being suitable for teamwork and adaptable to flexible working hours,

• Analytical thinking, analysis andproblem-solving,

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment,

• Being result oriented,

• No restrictions on domestic or international travel,

• Ability to prepare presentations and present in both languages,

• Willing to improve oneself.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A second language (Russian) besides English will be preferred,

• Master's degree education.
