Cloud Engineer (2303)
Responsibilities:
- Defining software requirements from system-level requirements
- Performing architectural and detailed design from software requirements
- Implementation of the software design
- Defining unit test cases and procedures
- Performing unit tests by unit test cases and procedures
- Performing unit integration and testing
- Making all necessary revisions to the software and updating other software products as needed based on the results of tests
- Preparing all necessary documents to be delivered along with the code
- Performing reviews for work products
Required Qualifications:
- B.S.in Computer Science or related disciplines,
- Experience in DevOps environments
- Experience in a microservice architecture
- Experience in profiling and debugging tools
- Confident in Design Patterns
- Understanding of Computer Science and Software Engineering concepts such as data structures and algorithms, networking, concurrency, distributed systems, software analysis and design, etc.
- Ability to write code that is clean and understandable
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Disciplined and focused
- Excellent teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters Degree
- Experience in Web services and application programming interfaces (APIs)
- Experience in software development on cloud-based platforms
- To have practice regarding various automation tools for CI/CD pipelines
- Being comfortable with Linux environments, shell, basic network concepts, a programming language
- Familiarity with software build, integration, deployment, release and code analysis tools; Jenkins, Maven, Ant, SonarQube, Cmake, Nexus
- Proficient at agile software development process
- Experience in the defence industry
